Sour Cream has been always one of the KEY component to make the YUMMIEST cheesecake. It makes the cheesecake with a good CREAMINESS and making the batter thinner which enhance of flavour.

What else can you do with Sour Cream?
Well, Sour Cream is considered a common baking ingredient in some country, such as German, Poland cuisines etc...
You can use Sour Cream for Gravies, Stews, Creamy Savoury dishes. They're often served as a garnish, Mexican' well known dipping sauces with nachos and burritos.

◢Amount of Sour Cream is made just enough for my New York cheesecake recipe 😃
Best use within a week
Glass jar (you may use a glass cup with cling film covered)
▶Ingredients
120ml ,½cup+1tbsp Heavy whipping cream 重奶油
1½tsp Lemon juice 柠檬汁
23g, 1½ tbsp Milk 牛奶
Steps:
Sterilize the jar, with hot water. Dry the glass jar
Combine Heavy Cream, Lemon juice & Milk into the jar
Cover with a lid
Shake until thicken DON'T SHAKE MORE THAN 15 TIMES
Remove the lid and cover it with a "breathable" kitchen towel, with rubber band tied
Ferment in room temperature for 24 hours, if you live in a hot country (32c) , ferment for 22hours.
next day... If you notice that there's water -liked liquid separates from the cream (it's nrml), use a spoon stir it, cover back with its lid. And it's good to use.
Refrigerate, can store up to a week
▶ 做法
用热水,消毒玻璃罐(包括盖)。 擦干罐子

盖上盖,摇至奶油变稠(别摇超过15次)
取下盖子, 换上 一片厨房纸,用一个橡皮筋绑着。
放在 室温下 24小时,如果在热带国家 放20-22小时 就够了。
下一天... 如果发现 奶油和 液体(像 水样)分开, 用一个汤匙搅拌均匀。 就可以直接用,盖上盖子 放入冰箱。
保鲜期,最多可以放冰箱 一周。
Membuat Sour Cream di rumah
Steriklkan botol kaca dengan air panas. Selepas itu, keringk botol itu.
Masukkan semua bahan-bahan kedalam botol.
tutup botal kaca dengan cover, goncang botal kaca, tetapi jangan goncang keluar 15kali
Tanggalkan cover itu, tutup dengan sehelai kitchen towel, dan diikat dengan rubber band.
Letak di suhu bilik 24jam, jika dari region yang panas, letak 20-22 jam cukup.
Esok... gunakan sudu, mengacau krim di botol kaca. Sekarang, boleh mengunakan Sour Crem, tutup dengan cover letak di peti sejuk.
